Using Chopsticks
- Place one chopstick, about two-thirds of its length from the narrow tip, in the curve at the base of your thumb. Let this stick rest on the end of your ring finger.
- Close the base of your thumb over the stick to hold it firm. This stick does not move.
- Hold the second chopstick firmly between the tip of your thumb and your index finger on the same hand, with the middle finger resting on the first stick.
- To pick up food, move the top stick up and down. Use an open and close motion for eating.
