Easy Food Processor Pastry

Your food processor will incorporate
the egg yolk and water into the pastry.

A food processor makes quick work of pie or tart pastry.

Instructions:

1. First use the processor to cut the butter into the flour until it's crumbly.

2. Then rely on the processor to incorporate the egg yolk and water into the pastry until the flour is moistened and dough begins to cling together.

3. Be careful not to overprocess the pastry or it will be tough.
