1/2/2012 08:11:09 PM Report AbuseI have one of those little 2 cup smoothie makers with 1/2 cup measurements. It makes it so easy to make smoothies, no actual measuring. I use frozen fruit, fat free milk and yogurt, and depending on the flavor, frozen oj concentrate, ground flaxseed, buckwheat honey, and either dark chocolate or french vanilla Carnation instant breakfast. I aim for nutrient dense, medium calorie, meal substitute, that are a lot like a not particularly healthy shake, and just as yummie.
