11/21/2011 01:43:51 PM Report AbuseRe: Buttermilk Pie. In one place you say bake 12-45 hours. You don't really mean that, do you? In the actual recipe it says bake 55 minutes and chill for 4 hours.

9/16/2011 04:53:26 AM Report AbuseI was looking for a recipe for Cherry pies and I got 700 recipes for everything. I have an old BH&G cook book. I bought a jar of cherries in the recipe it says to add 1/4 cup of flour,1 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, cook over medium heat til thick, cook i min longer. It never thicken and I finally added it the cherries as soup. Could you please tell me what I did wrong. It's the Old fashioned cherry pie.
