Smoked Jerk-Style Chicken Dinner

You'll think you're dining in the Caribbean when you try Jerk-Style Smoked Chicken and serve it with Stewed Tomatoes with Okra, Corn-Rice Pilaf, and a Coconut Sorbet for dessert. Canned tomatoes, frozen okra, and pilaf mix make it all oh-so-simple.
Add frozen sliced okra and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to canned stewed tomatoes. Cook until okra is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Stir drained canned corn into a package of prepared rice, any flavor you prefer.
Top scoops of coconut sorbet with toasted flake coconut.
