Maple-Barbecue-Glazed Turkey Breast will bring simmered barbecue into your kitchen in the dead of winter. Add Cranberry Chutney, Confetti Pepper Stuffing, and Hazelnut Brussels Sprouts to add a holiday feel to the meal. Stovetop-cooked stuffing is such a time saver -- jazz it up with sauteed red and yellow peppers. The recipe works well with any flavor stuffing, so try them all.
Stir together equal parts whole cranberry sauce and mango chutney, such as Major Grey's.
Saute diced red and yellow peppers and stir into stovetop-cooked stuffing with liquid. Cook as directed on stuffing mix box.
Steam brussels sprouts and toss with butter and chopped toasted hazelnuts. Season to taste.
