Honey-Mustard-Glazed Turkey Breast will give you the feel of the holidays anytime of year, because it doesn't take any longer to make than roasting a chicken. Apple-Onion Salad, Corny-Corn Bread Stuffing, and Parmesan Zucchini Chunks round out this menu with holiday-inspired -- but super-quick -- sides. Corn bread mix is one of the best time-savers of all: There are so many things you can add to it to jazz it up, and it's faster than fast. So keep it on hand to add pizzazz to any meal.
Thinly slice red onion and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and cover with boiling water. Cool, then drain. Toss together thinly sliced apple, onions, and spinach. Dress with sweet dressing.
Prepare a package of stove-top corn bread stuffing mix, stirring in a drained can of corn when cooking.
Cut zucchini into chunks, toss with salt, and steam until tender, about 10 minutes. Place 1/3 in a bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add next third of zucchini and cheese, and repeat again for third layer.
