Buffalo Wings are a great party appetizer, but there's no reason you can't have them for dinner, too. The recipe serves four as a main course, and it's a terrific dinner when served with Barbecue Sauce Biscuits, Seasoned Waffle or Crinkle Cut Fries, and Garden Salad. Save time and buy a jar of blue cheese dressing for the celery and wings. If you like it extra chunky, stir in more crumbled blue cheese.
Brush refrigerator biscuits with barbecue sauce before baking according to package directions. Brush again just as they come out of the oven.
Sprinkle dry ranch dressing mix on frozen waffle or crinkle-cut fries and bake as directed.
Add all your favorite veggies to chopped iceberg lettuce for a crisp and crunchy salad. Try radishes, cucumber, carrots, and tomatoes. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing to go with the wings, or try something new.
