Asian Grilled Turkey Dinner

Teriyaki Turkey Tenderloins is a quick turkey entree with an Asian flair. Add Noodles with Peanut Sauce, Spinach Salad with Garlic Dressing, and Grilled Pineapple with Orange Sherbet to complete the meal. Look for peanut sauce in the Asian section of your grocery store -- you can use Thai peanut dipping sauce or satay sauce. Prewashed spinach and cored fresh pineapple are two more convenient products that speed up dinner prep.
Cook Asian noodles or linguine and toss with peanut sauce. Top with diced cucumber.
Crush 2-3 garlic cloves in a garlic press and blend with 1 cup Asian sesame or ginger dressing. Toss with spinach.
Brush pineapple slices (fresh or canned) with vegetable oil; grill to brown. Serve with scoops of orange sherbet.
