The Menu

Chicken Fried Steak is a classic diner dinner in the South. When you add All-American Relish Tray, Mashed Potatoes with Fried Onions, and Bacon Braised Green Beans, you have a real down-home dinner. All-American Relish Tray

Fill a shallow dish with carrot sticks, celery sticks, radishes, olives, and pepperoncini peppers.

Mashed Potatoes with Fried Onions

Spread canned fried onions on a plate and microwave 45 seconds to crisp. Sprinkle on hot mashed potatoes.

Bacon Braised Green Beans

Cook 2-3 pieces of bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and drain all but 1 tablespoon drippings from pan. Add green beans and a bit of broth, cover, and cook about 10 minutes. Crumble bacon and stir into cooked beans.
