- Parmesan-Topped Tomato Soup
- Greens with Cranberry Dressing
- Ginger Snap Ice Cream Sandwiches
One-Dish Turkey and Biscuits is quick, but you can make it even quicker by using refrigerator biscuits. The rest of this comfort dinner can be prepared in the time it takes to bake the casserole. Parmesan-Topped Tomato Soup, Greens with Cranberry Dressing, and Ginger Snap Ice Cream Sandwiches are all so quick, you won't believe how much flavor can be packed into quick dishes. Butter pecan is a great option for the ice cream sandwiches, but any flavor ice cream would do.
Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese on Melba toast rounds. Bake on a cookie sheet in a 350-degree oven until cheese melts, about 7 minutes. Serve in tomato soup.
In a blender, puree equal parts canned cranberry sauce and balsamic vinaigrette. Toss with salad greens.
Fill ginger snaps with softened butter pecan ice cream; re-freeze before serving.
