If you can't find them, use canned fruit cocktail.

Chicken Lo Mein
 
Egg Drop Soup

Bring chicken broth to a slow boil. Add a few drops of soy sauce. Whisk eggs until completely blended, and then slowly drizzle into boiling broth. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.

Honey-Soy Carrots

Mix equal parts soy sauce and honey. Toss with cooked carrots to taste.

Lychee Nuts and Fresh or Frozen Strawberries with Coconut

Drain lychee nuts. Toss with strawberries and top with toasted coconut.
