Chicken Lo Mein, cooked in a wok, is such a Chinese restaurant classic that you'll want to add a few Asian side dishes to go with it. Egg Drop Soup, Honey-Soy Carrots, and Lychee Nuts and Fresh or Frozen Strawberries with Coconut will fit the bill. Look for canned lychees in the Asian section. If you can't find them, use canned fruit cocktail.
Bring chicken broth to a slow boil. Add a few drops of soy sauce. Whisk eggs until completely blended, and then slowly drizzle into boiling broth. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
Mix equal parts soy sauce and honey. Toss with cooked carrots to taste.
Drain lychee nuts. Toss with strawberries and top with toasted coconut.
