Asian Garlic Chicken with Cashews Dinner

Make weeknight dinner fast and easy. Here's a main course recipe and three suggestions for rounding it out into a complete meal. Find out how to effortlessly dress up starters, sides, and desserts to fit the meal's main course.

The Menu
  • Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry with Cashews (see recipe below)
  • Ginger-Squash Soup
  • Scallion-Teriyaki Angel Hair
  • Orange Sorbet and Lemon Cookies

Start this Asian-themed dinner off with bowls of Ginger-Squash Soup, and then progress to Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry with Cashews and Scallion-Teriyaki Angel Hair. End the meal with Orange Sorbet and Lemon Cookies. Angel hair pasta is the quickest-cooking pasta you can get, but if you want to speed this dish up even more, use ramen noodles -- but leave out the seasoning packet.
