Flavored with a medley of mayonnaise, mustard, anchovies, capers, pickles, and herbs, rémoulade will keep for several days in the refrigerator -- if it lasts that long. You can keep remoulade on hand to use as a spread for cold-cut sandwiches, to team with crab cakes, or as a cocktail sauce for cooked lobster, shrimp, or crab. It also tastes great as a dip for carrots, celery, broccoli florets, or other fresh vegetables.
