Szechwan Beef Stir-Fry is the star in this Asian-themed menu. To ease prep time, you can buy beef for stir-fry already cut. Serve it with Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce, Scallion Rice, and Lemon Coolers and Sorbet for dessert. Your family just might think you brought in take-out.
Steam Chinese broccoli and drizzle with oyster sauce. Use regular broccoli if you can't find Chinese.
Stir thinly sliced scallion (green onion) into cooked rice along with a few drops of soy sauce and Asian sesame oil.
Serve lemon cooler cookies with lemon or orange sherbet.
