Flank Steak Bordelaise Dinner

Mince chives and crush a small bit of garlic in a garlic press. Stir into hot mashed potatoes.

Garlic Toast

Brush sliced French bread with garlic butter and broil to brown.

Mint Sundaes

Top chocolate mint ice cream with chocolate sauce and whipped cream if desired.
