Prep in the morning and let Flank Steak Bordelaise marinate all day; then you have a really easy 15-minute cooking time for dinner. Chive-Garlic Potatoes, Garlic Toast, and Mint Sundaes are all do-able in the amount of time it takes to cook the steak, and the garlic bread can go in the broiler with the meat.
Flank Steak BordelaiseMince chives and crush a small bit of garlic in a garlic press. Stir into hot mashed potatoes.
Garlic ToastBrush sliced French bread with garlic butter and broil to brown.
Mint SundaesTop chocolate mint ice cream with chocolate sauce and whipped cream if desired.
