Add thinly sliced red onions to deli oil and vinegar-style slaw.

Baked Potatoes with Grilled Onion

Slice sweet Vidalia or Maui onions, brush with oil, and grill alongside the brisket. Serve on baked potatoes.

Corn on the Cob with Barbecue Butter

Mix together 1 part barbecue sauce and 3 parts softened butter until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. Spread on steamed or grilled corn.
