Cheeseburger Dinner

• Cheeseburgers (see recipe below)
• Chips and Onion Salsa
• Cilantro Tomato Salad
• Banana and Kiwi Sundaes

Cheeseburgers, Chips and Onion Salsa, Cilantro Tomato Salad, and Banana and Kiwi Sundaes make up a dinner with a bit of a Southwestern flair. You can put the onion salsa on the cheeseburgers and have them with chips, or have tortilla chips with the salsa for dipping.

Stir together equal parts salsa and minced red onion. Serve on burgers or with tortilla chips for dipping.

Toss cut grape tomatoes with chopped cilantro; season with salt and pepper.

Dice kiwi and banana; serve on top of vanilla ice cream. Top with whipped cream if desired.
