Veal Chops with Mushroom Sauce Dinner

Veal Chops with Mushroom Sauce can become a standard Italian dinner for your family, but it can easily be dinner for guests, too. And Rosemary Knots, Pesto-Cream Egg Noodles, and Green Beans with Orange Zest are all nice enough for company. Look for yeasted pizza dough in plastic bags in the refrigerated cases near the dairy department.
Roll ropes of refrigerated pizza dough (prepared yeast dough in a bag, not the tube.) Tie in knots. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with crushed rosemary, and bake at 400 degrees F. until browned, about 20 minutes.
Heat heavy cream and stir in prepared basil pesto to taste. Toss with cooked egg noodles.
Steam fresh or frozen green beans, toss with butter and a bit of grated orange zest (just the orange part of the orange rind).
