Steak with Caper Pan Sauce Dinner

Another Italian-inspired dish, Steak with Pan Sauce: Caper Variation is quick and easy. The salad, Endives with Caesar Dressing, can be made with either Belgian or curly endive. It's a hearty dish that goes well with Parmesan Bread Sticks and Garlic Carrots. Bread sticks are easy with refrigerated dough, but you can just pick them up already made at many stores.
Slice endive into strips if using the Belgian variety; chop curly endive. Toss with Caesar dressing.
Sprinkle refrigerated bread stick dough with shredded Parmesan cheese and bake as directed.
Saute garlic in a bit of butter. Add cooked carrots and toss together. Season to taste.
