Thai Beef Stir-Fry
Look for shrimp chips in the ethnic section of your supermarket, or at an Asian grocery store.
Steam snow peas, or cook for 2 to 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Toss with a splash of sesame oil.
Cut mango halves off seed. Score with a paring knife through flesh and just to skin, up and down, and across. Push skin forward from back and "turn inside out" to make a spiky flower.
