This recipe for grilled Herb-Pepper Sirloin Steak is a great example of the power of a dry herb rub. It really packs on flavor. Slice of log of cooked polenta into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Brush with olive oil and grill until heated through and browned, about 3-5 minutes.

Grill peeled fresh or canned peaches; drizzle with honey and serve with cookies if desired.
