- Braised Napa Cabbage
- Garlic Angel Hair
- Oranges and Sweet Wine Sauce
Blackened-Beef Stir-Fry is a fusion dish, a sort of Cajun-Asian combo. Continue this theme with Braised Napa Cabbage, Garlic Angel Hair, and Oranges and Sweet Wine Sauce. The wine sauce is delicious on the oranges -- you can use it for other fruits also.
Slice Napa cabbage and saute in oil. Add a bit of chicken broth, cover, and cook until tender. Season to taste.
Cut oranges into segments. In a saucepan, boil 1 cup white zinfandel wine with 1/4 cup sugar. Boil until volume is reduced to 1/2 cup. Pour over oranges.
