Garlic and Dried Tomato Bread
cup snipped dried tomatoes (not oil-packed)
tablespoons finely chopped onion
large cloves garlic or 1-1/2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
teaspoons olive oil or cooking oil
cups bread flour
teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
teaspoon active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
- Add the ingredients to a 1-1/2- or 2-pound bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle and desired color setting.
