White Rabbit
Ingredients

ounces half-and-half or light cream (1/4 cup)
1
ounce bourbon (2 tablespoons)
1
teaspoon honey
1/4
teaspoon vanilla
 
Ice cubes
 
Ground nutmeg
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker combine half-and-half, bourbon, honey, and vanilla. Cover and shake well for several seconds to dissolve the honey. Add ice cubes to fill the cocktail shaker half full. Cover and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
