Werewolf Cupcakes

Directions

  1. Frost tops of cupcakes with some of the chocolate frosting.
  2. Cut 12 of the gumdrops almost in half, starting from the top of each gumdrop. Open slightly and attach to centers of the cupcakes for mouths. For each wolf, cut two triangle-shape ears from another black gumdrop; attach ears to cupcake.
  3. Cut a small tongue from the fruit leather; stick tongue inside the mouth. Add round white candies for eyes.
  4. Place chocolate frosting in a pastry bag fitted with a star tip; pipe fur all around face. Place the white frosting in a small heavy resealable plastic bag; snip off a very small piece from one corner. Pipe teeth on edge of mouth. Repeat to make 18 wolves.
