Vinaigrette Coleslaw

cups finely shredded green cabbage

cup thin, lengthwise slices green onion
Directions
1. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a screw-top jar. Cover and shake well.
2. Combine the cabbage, carrot, and green onion in a large bowl. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours before serving, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
