Red Sweet Pepper Relish
- In a food processor bowl combine red sweet pepper, olives, olive oil, fresh or dried thyme, and pepper. Cover bowl and process with several on-off turns until coarsely chopped. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 2/3 cup.
