Directions

  1. Cut prosciutto or ham into thin strips. In a medium saucepan cook prosciutto or ham strips and onion in hot oil until onion is tender.
  1. Stir in the peas, water, bouillon granules, oregano, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until peas are just tender. Stir in nuts. Makes 4 servings.
