Ultimate Berry Smoothie

Directions

  1. Put the mixed berries, tofu, juice, flax seed meal, and honey in the blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. If you like, top each smoothie with fresh raspberries and/or blueberries.

This smoothie is hazardous to my blender's health! It's much too thick if you are using frozen berries. I had to double the amount of juice and help the blender along in order for it to process the mixture. Of course, once the smoothie "warms up" a little, it become too thin. Also, I used sunflower seed butter because it's what I had on hand. In the end though it was delicious!
