Sweet and Sour Four Bean Salad

Directions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together the vinegar, ginger, agave nectar, lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and crushed red pepper. Add green and wax beans, red sweet pepper, garbanzo beans and edamame. Stir to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Or, cover and chill up to 24 hours. Top with cilantro before serving.

i skipped the edamame, and used dried, vs. canned garbanzos, but nevertheless though the beans could have done with a slight blanching.
