Watermelon will never taste better than in this lime- and honey-tossed medley of melon, peach, and grapes.

Stuffed Baby Watermelon
Ingredients

tablespoons lime juice

tablespoon honey

8 inch baby watermelon (about 5 pounds) or 7 cups seedless watermelon balls or cubes

cup sliced white or yellow peach or nectarine
1/2
cup seedless red grapes, halved
 
Lime peel strips (optional)
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine finely shredded lime peel, lime juice, and honey; set aside.
  2. If using baby watermelon, cut in half crosswise. Using a melon baller, scoop out flesh. Add watermelon balls or cubes to lime mixture. Add peach and grapes; toss gently to coat.
  3. If desired, serve fruit mixture in baby watermelon halves and garnish with lime peel strips.
