Strawberry Basil Dip
ounces fresh strawberries, hulled (about 1 1/4 cups)
4 ounce cream cheese, softened (1/4 cup)
tablespoon packed fresh basil leaves
- In a blender or small food processor combine strawberries, cream cheese, and honey. Cover; blend or process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as necessary. Add basil; pulse until just chopped. Serve immediately.
