Spicy Apricot Shandy

cup Lemon Soda or Tangerine Italian Soda (2 oz.)

tablespoon Apricot Syrup

thin slices serrano chile

ounces pale ale or lager, chilled
 
Lemon Wedge (optional)

Directions

  1. In a tall ice-filled glass combine soda, Apricot Syrup, and serrano chile slices. Top with chilled beer. Add a squeeze of lemon, if desired.
