Turkey-Bean Soup

15 ounce can Great Northern beans or cannellini beans (white kidney beans), rinsed and drained

10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup

ounces cooked smoked turkey sausage, halved lengthwise and sliced

teaspoon bottled minced garlic (2 cloves) or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
1. In a large saucepan, combine beans, soup, and sausage. Stir in milk, dried onion, garlic, thyme, and pepper.
2. Bring to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
