Quick and very tasty...easy to adapt by changing the tortellini and broth. Served with grilled cheese...yum! Will be making again.
11/5/2011 06:37:55 PM Report AbuseThis is nice and flexible -- great just the way it is, and can be adjusted for vegetarian or meat-lover tastes. Either way it's tasty and filling. I recommend it as is, and will serve with differences along the way.
10/31/2011 07:46:01 PM Report AbuseThere really should be more good reviews for this recipe. It's amazingly good for how simple it is. Definitely get the tomato bisque and make sure to use the chive/onion cream cheese instead of plain. Also, this is really creamy. I don't why paola19 didn't think so.
5/10/2011 07:36:47 PM Report AbuseHey people do not be so stupid. Just use vegetable broth and quit your venting. Get a life. The recipe is good made either way. I know many 7th day Adventist who are vegetarians who get any broth when making soup. So just substitute and quit being mean on this site. Substitute and make the soup or not. Regardles, get a life.
