Healthy Gazpacho

6 ounce can vegetable juice or tomato juice

cup chopped cucumber

cup chopped green pepper

tablespoon sliced green onion

Dash pepper

Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
Directions
1. In a small airtight container combine vegetable juice, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, lemon juice, pepper, and bottled hot pepper sauce.
2. Chill overnight or heat to boiling and serve hot. Makes 1 side-dish serving.
