Circles and Squares Vegetable-Pasta Soup

32 ounce box vegetable broth

cup medium-size pasta

cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers

cups frozen peas and carrots

14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies

Snipped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
1. In a large covered saucepan bring broth to boiling. Add pasta, potatoes, peas and carrots, and undrained diced tomatoes. Return to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
2. Ladle soup into bowls. Sprinkle parsley. Makes 4 servings.
