Rockefeller-Style Crab
Ingredients

12 ounce package frozen spinach souffle, thawed

6 1/2 ounce can refrigerated, pasteurized crabmeat, drained and broken into large flakes

cups packaged herb-seasoned stuffing mix

teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce

tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. In a large bowl combine thawed spinach souffle, crabmeat, 1-1/2 cups of the dry stuffing mix, and the hot pepper sauce. Spread in an ungreased 1-quart au gratin dish.
2. In a small bowl combine remaining 1/2 cup dry stuffing mix and the melted butter; sprinkle over spinach mixture.
3. Bake in preheated oven about 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
