Egg, Salmon, and Caper Filling
hard-cooked eggs, chilled, peeled, and chopped
6 1/2 ounce can skinless, boneless salmon, drained and flaked
tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
tablespoons finely chopped celery
tablespoon drained capers
teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- Combine chopped eggs, salmon, mayonnaise or salad dressing, celery, capers, and mustard in a mixing bowl. Stir gently to combine. Cover and chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Transfer to a serving bowl. Makes about 1 cup ( 8-servings).
