Teriyaki Glaze

Ingredients

tablespoons soy sauce

tablespoons sweet rice wine (mirin)

tablespoons dry white wine
1 1/2
teaspoons sugar
1 1/2
teaspoons honey

Directions

  1. In small saucepan stir together soy sauce, rice wine, white wine, sugar, and honey. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered,10 minutes or until glaze is reduced to 1/4 cup. Brush onto meat during last 2 minutes of grilling. Discard any remaining. Makes about 1/2 cup.
