Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

Directions
In a small saucepan stir together brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in chicken broth, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Serve warm. Makes about 3/4 cup (12 servings).
