Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients
1/4
cup apricot jam or preserves
1/4
teaspoon ground cinnamon
2
cups chopped fresh strawberries

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine jam and cinnamon; stir in berries. Before serving, let stand a few minutes to blend flavors. (If desired, mixture may be covered and chilled up to 1 hour before serving.)
  2. Spoon on top of waffles, pancakes, French toast, or hot cereal, or stir into vanilla yogurt. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
