Sage Butter

Ingredients

tablespoon finely snipped fresh sage or 1 teaspoon dried sage, crushed

Directions

  1. In small bowl combine butter and sage. Shape into individual serving-size portions with a butter mold. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight. Makes about 1 cup butter.
