Red Onion and Dill Sauce for Fish

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

teaspoons Dijon-style mustard

Directions
In a small bowl, combine red onion, mayonnaise or salad dressing, dill, lemon juice, and mustard. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with grilled or broiled fish, or cover and chill in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Makes 1/2 cup sauce (four 2-tablespoon servings).
