Red Onion and Dill Sauce for Fish
Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup  finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup  mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons  snipped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon  lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons  Dijon-style mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine red onion, mayonnaise or salad dressing, dill, lemon juice, and mustard. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with grilled or broiled fish, or cover and chill in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Makes 1/2 cup sauce (four 2-tablespoon servings).
