Pineapple Salsa

8 ounce can crushed pineapple (juice pack), drained

teaspoon grated fresh ginger or dash ground ginger
Directions
In a small bowl stir together ingredients. Cover and chill until serving time; bring to room temperature to serve. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
