Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 2 ripe medium tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash sugar
Directions
1. Combine the tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, salt, and sugar. Mix well. Cover; chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Makes about 1 1/4 cups (twenty 1-tablespoon servings).
