Mustard-Celery Seed Sauce
- In a saucepan combine brown sugar, onion, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, and garlic powder. Bring to boiling, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour desired amount of sauce into a small bowl.
- Brush meat occasionally with sauce the last 15 minutes of grilling. Makes 3-1/2 cups sauce (enough for 10 to 12 pounds pork ribs or 4 to 5 pounds chicken pieces, 12 servings).
