Lemon Dill Sauce
Ingredients

cup butter
1 1/2
teaspoons cornstarch
1/2
cup chicken broth

tablespoons lemon juice
2
tablespoons snipped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dillweed
Directions
  1. In small saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Stir in cornstarch. Stir in chicken broth until well combined. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Stir in lemon peel, lemon juice, and dill. Makes about 3/4 cup sauce.
